Butchers licences
Information about changes to the licensing of butchers.Butcher shop licensing legislation was revoked on 1 January 2006. Butchers no longer need a licence to trade. However butchers still have to comply with very similar hygiene requirements in the new EU Regulations, including the operation of HACCP-based procedures.
