Hypnotism Authorisation
What does the licence/permit cover?
If you wish to show, demonstrate or perform a hypnotism act in public, you must have authorisation from Solihull Metropolitan Council.
Main criteria
You must comply with any conditions attached to the end of the application form. A separate application must be made by the person who will be carrying out the act of Hypnotism in relation to each premises/venue intended to be used.
Timescale
A completed application form, together with the fee of £50.00 should be submitted at least 28 days before the date of the performance, otherwise the application may not be determined in time.
