Nursing Agencies Licences
With effect from 1st April 2003, the licensing and enforcement of nurses' agencies moved from the Council to the new National Care Standards Commission (NCSC).Registrations for existing agencies will be transferred to the NCSC.
New providers will be required to register with the NCSC before they start the business.
