Through these pages you may view details of all applications the Council has received for Premises Licences, Personal Licences, Club Premises Certificates and Temporary Events.
Applications can be made for for new licences or for the variation to terms, conditions or restrictions to existing licences. The deadline for the "conversion" of existing licences and registrations was 6th August 2005.

Should you wish to further inspect any items, please contact the Licensing Office quoting the appropriate application reference number.
In respect of applications for premises licences and club premises certificates (new applications and applications for variations), "representations" (objections) can be made by "interested parties" (people living in the vicinity of the premises) and "responsible authorities" (e.g. Police, Fire Service)
These Representations must be made in writing (or sent electronically by email to connectcc@solihull.gov.uk) no later than 28 days after the date of the application to:

NB. Only the Police may make representations about applications for the conversion of existing licenses where no variations are being sought.
