Instrumental lessons at Music Centre

This service is available for pupils in independent schools, maintained schools and adults of all ages. Teaching will take place for 33 weeks in a year at a choice of area music centres. The main centres are Lyndon and Arden Secondary Schools.  However a small amount does take place at Langley, Heart of England and Lode Heath.  The choice of tuition and type of lesson will depend on staff availability.

Tuition is provided on an individual, paired or group basis. Charges will be calculated in accordance with the type of lesson taken, based on an hourly rate. Invoices will be issued termly with no refund for student absence.

Tuition is available on:

Brass instruments:

Cornet, trumpet, french horn, tenor horn, baritone horn, euphonium, trombone, tuba.

Guitar:

Acoustic and electric, including bass guitar.
A range of styles is offered.

Percussion Instruments:

Tuned, untuned, drum kit, (jazz, rock, orchestral).

Piano and Electronic Keyboard

String Instruments:

Violin, viola, cello, double bass.

Voice

Woodwind Instruments:

Flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, saxophones, recorders
