Man pleads guilty to cutting tree without consent

A Solihull man has pleaded guilty to breaching a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) without the consent of Solihull Council.
Russell Palmer of Yew Tree Lane, appeared at Solihull Magistrates Court on Thursday 11 September after breaching the TPO in January this year by lopping a mature Oak tree outside his home.
The court fined him and ordered him to pay costs totalling £522.
