World-wide family history advice sessions

People trying to trace their family tree and track their ancestors, whether from the UK or overseas, can get help during a series of free drop-in sessions at Solihull Central Library.

An experienced family history adviser will be on hand at the library to give brief one-to-one advice and point visitors in the right direction. 

The drop-in sessions at Solihull Central Library run between 2-4pm on the following days.

0 Saturday 20th September
0 Saturday 18th October
0 Saturday 15th November

There’s no need to book in advance. For further information call the library on 0121 704 6965.

 


Notes for editors

Solihull Heritage & Local Studies Service is based in Solihull Central Library and is the first port of call for anyone in the borough researching local or family history.

“Putting Flesh on the Bones” family history exhibition is in the Heritage Gallery at Solihull Central Library until 15th November.

Free access to the Ancestry website is available from all libraries in Solihull.
