Irish tales in Solihull
From Press Office on 23 September 2008
Discover a perfect blend of the new and the old Ireland as Storytelling Café presents Clare Muireann Murphy’s Irish Tales.
Solihull Arts Complex is hosting the evening with Clare, one of Ireland’s new wave of storytellers, on Thursday 25 September at 8pm in the Studio.
Clare hails from Dublin but lives in Galway on the West Coast of Ireland. This makes her a storyteller with a perfect blend of the new and the old Ireland.
Storytelling Café is a friendly and relaxed evening of stories and tales, old and new to let adults rediscover the joy of sitting back and letting their minds be transported elsewhere. Turn up alone or with friends. The evening is hosted by Graham Langley and is suitable for people aged 16 and over.
Tickets costing £6.50 (£5.50) are available from Box Office on 0121 704 6962 and this is part of a series of regular Storytelling events.
