Buy a piece of art in a book

Solihull Central Library and Arts Complex continue their Paper Season with the Solihull Artists’ Book Fair, Saturday 20 March, 10am-5pm.
Stalls will showcase work from local and regional book artists, illustrators, designers, printmakers, paper-based artists and paper engineers, Zine Publishers. The free event will give people the opportunity to buy a piece of this interesting a diverse form of art, as well as chat to the artists who created them.
Visitors can also take the opportunity to view 'The Secret Library of Solihull exhibition' in Solihull Gallery. The exhibition dedicated to books, includes the visually striking sculpture ‘Excavating Babel’ by Tine Hill which is made from 2,000 second-hand and discarded books.
Over Paper Season there will also be a number of evening workshops for adults from book binding to making your own folding book.
