Get sorted for September

Parents who need to sort out childcare for the new school year are being encouraged to contact Solihull Family Information Service (FIS) for free, impartial advice and information to get themselves sorted out for September.

The Solihull FIS provides parents and carers with assistance about different childcare options available for children, including OFSTED registered childminders, day nurseries, pre-schools, before and after school clubs and holiday clubs.

In addition The Family Information Service also can provide information on other useful topics like help with childcare costs, tax credits and benefits, and support for families who have children with additional needs.

Parents needing advice can log on to www.solihull.gov.uk, email familyinfo@solihull.gov.uk or phone 0800 389 8667
