Family history courses at Solihull Central Library
From Press office on 02 September 2011
This autumn Solihull Council is offering “Family History for Beginners” courses for people wishing to trace their heritage.
The six week courses start on Thursday 15 September 2-4pm and Monday 19 September 5.30-7.30pm and will take place at Solihull Central Library.
This course will equip beginners with everything they need to make sure that their ancestry research starts in the right way.
The courses are taught by a qualified librarian and archivist with almost 20 years' experience of family history. Learning includes how to find relevant records and how to get the most out of family history websites.
