Grazing

We own a number of sites, available to let for grazing. Grazing land is only offered on a licence agreement for a set period of time which maybe one or two years. The grazing plots are let by competitive tender.

A number of farms are let out to agricultural tenants on long term leases.

How long can I keep a site for?

The sites are normally offered for a period of 12 months to two years

What type of agreement do I need to enter into?

You will need to enter into a licence agreement with the Council

How much will I have to pay for a site?

The licence fee depends on the size and location of the site Each licence agreement is subject to a one-off charge of £85 + VAT to cover administration costs .

What are the payment arrangements for the site?

An invoice will be issued for the full amount due for the tenancy period immediately following the signing of the licence agreement. You can make an on-line credit card payment or send a cheque to us at the address below.
