Calculate your Building Control Fees

Use these fee calculators according to the type of work you intend to do

Schedule 1 - for Houses up to 300 sq. metres and flats up to 3 storeys.

Schedule 2 - Certain small buildings and domestic alterations or extensions. E.g. extensions, garages or caports, loft conversions, replacement windows and electrical work.

Schedule 3 - works other than those covered by schedules 1 or 2. If the estimated value exceeds 100,000 contact Building Control to agree a fee.
