Solihull MBC Register of Building Control Information

View Register

Introduction

Solihull MBC recognises that the information we hold on applications submitted to us for building regulation purposes when carrying out building work is of interest to property owners, prospective purchasers and professional agents acting in the acquisition of a property on behalf of a client. The inclusion of Building Regulation decision notices and completion certificates (called authorised documents in the Home Information Pack Regulations 2006) as part of a mandatory Home Information Pack for dwellings is stimulating increasing demand for this information.

Although the Council as a statutory Building Control Body is not obliged by law to keep information about our own building control functions or make that information available to the public, we have decided to make it freely accessible to all, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week in an online view Building Control Register

Limitation of information

The register you view is not a complete list of all applications received for building regulation purposes and should not be relied on as a definitive building regulation consent history of a property.
