The Draft House Extension Guidelines Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out design guidance for various extensions to protect and enhance the amenity of the built environment and its occupiers within the Borough.

The Draft House Extension Guidelines consultation period has now closed.

Copies of the draft House Extension Guidelines SPD and representation forms are attached below.

The draft documents are also available to inspect at:

• Solihull Connect Centres – 9.00am to 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays, (10:00am Wednesdays) and 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturdays.
• The Council’s libraries (tel. 0121 704 6965 for opening hours), free internet access is available at all the Libraries in the Borough.
