Birmingham International Airport - Section 106 Planning Agreement
This report has been written to give an update of the operations at Birmingham International Airport (BIA) in relation to the Section 106 Planning Agreement between Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) and the Airport Company, Birmingham International Airport Limited.
This document, the 10th Annual Report of the S106 agreement, is laid out under the eight schedule headings as found in the agreement in order to facilitate cross-referencing. As far as practicable, the reporting period for this document has been aligned to the calendar year, with the report covering data from the previous 12 months. This enables comparison of environmental performance year on year in the future
