Council Plan 2007/2010
The Council Plan is both a statement of continuity (our Vision and Customer Outcomes are very little changed from our previous plan) and of renewal and change. It continues to set out and shape our plans and ambitions for the next three years.
The route to our Vision is our five Customer Outcomes and ten Priorities. Together they make a challenging, ambitious and long term agenda. You will see them referenced time and again throughout the Council Plan as we attempt to summarise all we are doing to achieve our Outcomes, setting out what we are seeking to achieve as well as our framework for managing this complex agenda.
Our Plan shows that we understand that the Council cannot work in isolation either from other local partners or, more importantly without real engagement with local people.
