Health and Safety Enforcement Policy
This document sets out the policy to be applied when enforcing the Health and Safety at Work Act. The aims of the policy are to improve Health, Safety and Welfare of the workforce; ensure a consistent approach across the West Midlands; and promote, liaise and co-operate with Health and Safety.
