Health and Safety Enforcement Policy
The Health and Safety Team follow the Public Protection Division’s Enforcement Policy when enforcing the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
The aim is to improve the health, safety and welfare of the Borough’s workforce, ensure a consistent approach across the West Midlands, and promote, liaise and cooperate with health and safety.
