Solihull Partnership Learning Disability Strategy
This Strategy seeks to provide clear direction by which the Council (SMBC) and the Primary Care Trust (PCT) - now the Care Trust - can commission services from a range of statutory, voluntary and independent providers in order to reflect the totality of provision of interest to people with a learning disability.
