Your information will be held by the Service Development Section, Transport, Highways and the Environment Division, who can be contacted by post at PO Box 19, Council House, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 9QT or by email at parkevents@solihull.gov.uk.
How we will use your information
We will use your personal information to acknowledge your application and contact you about the event you want to hold in a park. We also hold information to keep a record of what events were planned and held.
Who else it will be shared with
Your personal information will not be shared with any other division of the Council or external organisation.
How long it will be kept
The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.
We keep each application to hold an event electronically and on paper for approximately 5 years.
How we will ensure it is accurate
As you have submitted the information yourself we will assume it is accurate. We may double check details when we contact you.
How we will safeguard it
The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on computers that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
