This is the privacy statement for the Children and Young People's Trust Feedback Form.

How we will use your information

The Children and Young People's Trust will use your contact details to reply to your comments or questions.  We will keep a record of your details and feedback.

Who else it will be shared with

We will share information about feedback with our partners in the Solihull Partnership.  We would only share your contact details with them if it was necessary and we would seek your permission to do this.

How long it will be kept

Your information will not be kept for any longer than is needed.  The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.

We will normally keep your information for 2 years.

How we will ensure it is accurate

If we contact you we may ask you to confirm your details.  If there are any changes we will update our records.

How we will safeguard it

The information will be kept in a secure office environment.  It may be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
