Your details may be shared within the Libraries, Arts and Lifelong Learning Division so that we can deal with your enquiry.

The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.

We would not normally keep your personal details and your enquiry any longer than six months after our last contact with you.

Your enquiry will be held on a computer system that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
