Enquiries are also kept so that the Community & Economic Regeneration Team can monitor the types of requests that they receive and therefore influence future development of services offered by them.

Your personal information will be kept for up to two years, after which it will be destroyed.

When we contact you to deal with your enquiry we may ask you to confirm your details, if necessary.

The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
