If you give consent your personal details may be added to the property brochure mailing list. Enquiries are also kept so that the Community & Economic Regeneration Team can monitor the reasons why companies are looking for property in Solihull and the types of property required. This enables them to develop the services offered by them to meet business needs.

Your information will not be shared with any other Council divisions or external organisations.
How long it will be kept
The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.
Your personal information will be kept until you find a suitable property within the borough of Solihull or until you ask the Community & Economic Regeneration Team to stop searching for property on your behalf.
How we will ensure it is accurate
The Community & Economic Regeneration Team will search for available property within the borough of Solihull and contact you approximately every 6 to 8 weeks. You will be asked each time they contact you to confirm your details are still correct.
How we will safeguard it
The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
