These are Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, the West Midlands Police Authority, Solihull Primary Care Trust, West Midlands Police, Solihull Youth Offending Team, National Probation Service, Crown Prosecution Service, the Courts Service, Connexions, West Midlands Fire Service, Chamber of Commerce , Solihull chamber, Aquarius, Solihull Community Housing, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust, Whitefriars Housing Group and Victim Support.
How long it will be kept
The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.

When you are contacted by Council staff you may be asked to confirm your details, if necessary.
