How we will use your information
Your personal details e.g. name, address, telephone number, email, will be checked against any personal details that we may already hold on CRM. We will update CRM if there are any changes.
Who else it will be shared with
Personal data held on CRM is shared with other service areas who have access to CRM. We will share your comments and feedback in order to improve services. We will share your personal details with our contractor, Enterprise Managed Services Ltd
How long it will be kept
We will keep your personal details and feedback on CRM for as long as it is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.
How we will ensure it is accurate
To help keep our records up to date when customers contact us the information that we hold on CRM will be confirmed and changed as required.
How we will safeguard it
Your information will be kept in a secure office environment. Only authorised members of staff who are licensed users of CRM will be able to access CRM and it is password protected.
Additionally our staff are trained about data protection and understand its importance.
