The personal information that you provide will be used to add you to the Solihull Arts Complex mailing list and to send you information about future shows and events.

Your personal details will not be routinely shared with any other Council divisions or external organisations.

The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.
Your personal details will be deleted from our records once you inform us that you no longer wish to be included on the Solihull Arts Complex mailing list.
Occasionally, customers on our mailing list who have not purchased tickets for some years are deleted from the mailing list to ensure that brochures are not wasted.
How we will ensure it is accurate
As you provided your contact details yourself, Solihull Arts and Tourism will continue to use these details unless informed that they are incorrect. If you tell us about any changes then we will update your records.
How we will safeguard it
The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorised members of Arts and Tourism staff, for example, Databox, which is a specialist ticketing system.
