The information that you provide will be used to acknowledge and answer your comments/enquiry. You may be contacted after your request has been dealt with to check if you were satisfied with the service provided.

The personal information that you provide will be shared within the Transport, Highways and the Environment division. It may be shared with our contractors Enterprise PLC if this is necessary to deal with your enquiry.
How long it will be kept
The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.
Your information may be kept for up to seven years after the last action taken in relation to your request.
