The name and email address that you provide will be kept by Solihull Council's Web Team who can be contacted by email at web@solihull.gov.uk.

How we will use your information

Your name and email address may be used to acknowledge your feedback. They may also be used to contact you to answer any queries or to find out more about issues you mention.

Your comments will be used for further consideration of website development.

Who else it will be shared with

Your personal details will not be routinely shared with any other Council divisions or external organisations.

How long it will be kept

The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.

Your comments and personal details will normally be kept for 12 months.

How we will ensure it is accurate

If we contact you we will ask you to confirm your details, if necessary.

How we will safeguard it

The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on a computer database that can only be accessed by authorised members of the Web Team.
