Your comments will be used to assess customer satisfaction and for further consideration of the development of Your Solihull.

Your personal details will not be routinely shared with any other Council divisions or external organisations.
They may be shared with other Council services and partner organisations to ensure our records are kept accurate and to help us to identify services you may be entitled to or interested in.
How long it will be kept
The information you submit will not be kept for any longer than is needed. The length of time will depend upon whether the Council has a business need for keeping the information and/or if the law requires that we keep the information for a particular length of time.
Once your feedback has been recorded your personal details will be destroyed.

The information will be kept in a secure office environment. It will be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
