We are Solihull Metropolitan Borough employees in the Directorate for People.  Our task is to deliver services to children, families and schools in Solihull as part of the Quality Division.  Phillip Moss is our Service Director.

Compliments and Complaints

The Educational Psychology Service in Solihull receives very few complaints from members of the public.  If we receive a complaint and have made a mistake, we apologise, put things right and do our best to avoid making the same mistake again.  Any complaint received from a member of the public is considered within the Corporate Complaints Procedure.  The Educational Psychology Service regularly receives compliments from our service users.  We welcome these messages to remind us of the aspects of our work that is valued.
