Chelmsley Wood town centre redevelopment
We have been working with Chelmsley Wood shopping centre owners Fordgate and other partners including Advantage West Midlands on a £60m project to improve the town centre.
The town centre now has a new Asda store, shopping mall entrance, car park, public toilets and a bus interchange to make getting in and out of the town centre easier. Improvements have also been made to the existing shopping malls.
There is also a new library as well as a new Solihull Connect walk-in where people can go for any Council related queries from Housing Benefit, to Council Tax, Registration Services and Blue Badges.
