Sans Souci provides a number of rooms and facilities for business meetings and training events.  From 8 delegates to 100 delegates we have a room that will suit your needs.

Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the system and the rooms that we provide.

Sans Souci

The room will be set out as shown below, due to Health and Safety Regulations we would appreciate if furniture/equipment were not rearranged and no food and drink (other than water) to be taken into the conference rooms or upstairs. As this is a popular venue with our customers, we would be grateful if you would adhere to the times and rooms you have booked or extra costs may be incurred.   The prices listed above will be increased by 25% after 6.00 p.m. to cover heating, lighting and staffing costs.

Cancellation charge will be made as follows:

1 months notice 50% of total cost of booking, 2 week's notice 75% of total cost of booking, less than 2 weeks notice 100% of total cost of booking
