Commercial Sponsorship of Traffic Islands
The Council is seeking to secure commercial sponsorship for the sponsorship of the traffic islands in the Borough. The successful bidder will supply a complete sponsorship service on behalf of The Council, which includes seeking sponsors, agreeing sponsor fee, supplying sponsor contracts, creating artwork and signage, signoff for signage and installation of signage on traffic islands. There will be some administration required in order to process the sponsors and record renewal dates, contracts, damaged signage and invoice requests for payment to Solihull MBC. Joint plans for marketing and PR will be agreed once the contract has been assigned.
