Solihull UDP Unitary Development Plan
The UDP is the Council’s statutory land use plan which designates land to meet the Borough’s housing and business requirements, contains policies on a range of issues to guide and control development and designates Green Belt.
The Solihull Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was adopted in February 2006.
The UDP 2006 comprises:
- Written Statement (see attachments )
- Sustainability Appraisal (see attachments )
- Explanatory leaflet (see attachments)
- Proposals Map - PDF version (see attachments)
- Proposals Map. The proposals contained in the Solihull UDP 2006 are set out on the Interactive Proposals Map.
In February 2009 the Secretary of State made a direction confirming that most of the UDP policies will remain in place until they are replaced. A list of saved and expired policies and proposals is attached.
