Solihull UDP First Review 2001 - 2011 Modifications

The Inspector's Report contains 242 recommendations relating to specific policies, proposals and paragraphs within the Plan.

The Council prepared a response to the Inspector's recommendations and amended the Written Statement to show proposed modifications.

The Proposed Modifications Document indicates the changes made to the policies, proposals and paragraphs from the Revised Deposit together with extracts from the Proposals Map illustrating the changes where relevant. The Proposed Modifications should be read alongside the Revised Deposit Plan. Each change has been given a modification number to enable changes to the text and the Proposals Map to be cross referenced.

A Sustainability Appraisal of the significant changes has been undertaken and is published separately.

Responses to Modifications Consultation

The proposed modifications were placed on deposit between 3rd August 2005 and 14th September 2005.

The Responses to Proposed Modification Consultation document (see below) provides a schedule of all representations received (objections, representations of support and general comments), changes sought by objectors and the Council's responses to all objections.
