The Birmingham and Solihull Best Business Awards started in 2002 and have since this time gone from strength to strength with more and more businesses entering each year. They provide a fantastic basis for companies to look at themselves, consider their strategy and implementation understand best practice and celebrate success. We need employers large and small, public and private to continue the good work being done in providing flexible working and flexible recruitment.

The Awards are open to all companies no matter what size as there are four categories - Micro (less than 10 employees), Small (less than 50 employees), Medium (under 250 employees) and Large (more than 250 employees).
