These pages relate to committee documentation published before May 2005. For documentation after this date please see the Committee and Member Information System

Search Agendas

This will search within the published agenda and minutes. Type a word or phrase into the search box and then start the search by pressing the Search button. A list of documents containing that word or phrase will be presented. Select a document link to view the document. You can search either one or all Committees. Consult searching tips to get the best results from searching.

The documents are all made available in PDF.

Warning - some of these documents are, of necessity, quite large (>2MB), and can take a while to load!

After you have finished with the document, use your browser's "back" function to return to this page.

Archive of Agendas

These are committee agendas from previous years.

• Select the Committee of interest from the first drop down list.
• Then select the year of interest from the year drop down list.
• A list of relevant documents should appear.
• Note - With Netscape Browsers you will need to press "Show Me" to bring up the list.
• Select the committee agenda of interest.
• The document you select will appear.
