Solihull Catering Service provides all aspects of food service and production for School Meals, within Primary and Secondary schools in Solihull, Coventry and Worcestershire. Adult catering within Solihull Borough in Leisure Centres, Civic and Mayoral Event catering and Adult Day Centres.
Why we need your information
Personal information is collected in schools only to provide, pupil allergen information, to provide financial accounts on meal numbers provided via the cashless systems of Parent Pay and NRS.

Where relevant we process a variety of information relating to individuals including:
- Pupil name
- School class
- Any allergen needs
- Meal choice of the day,
- In secondary school the daily cash spend

The length of time a pupil is in school, plus one year for any payment arrears settlements.
