Customers will be able to return items, browse and select their own stock and will also have limited access to using the public computers.

We are not able to offer full access to all of our services at this time but will be reviewing this on a regular basis.


Who can access the service?

The service is available for current Solihull Libraries card holders and for new customers. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What do I need to do to join the library?

I have an online membership. Can I access this service?

Is there a cost for the service?

Do I have to wear a face mask when visiting the library?

How safe is it to visit the library?
