Some of our brown recycling bins are splitting and becoming unusable. If your brown bin has split you can request a free replacement.
Replacing bins and boxes is an expensive cost to the council so please take care of your containers by keeping them in a safe place and putting your house number or name on them.
If you have moved into an existing house and there are no bins or if this is your first replacement within 24 months we will provide your container free of charge. If you have already had a replacement within the last 24 you will need to pay a small charge.
Any damaged bins will only be replaced if they are unserviceable and not useable.
