Why are you introducing a booking system?

Demand for the Household Waste Recycling Centre still remains high and we are having to maintain social distancing measures on site which can result in long queue times to access the site.  We have taken this into account and have listened to your feedback which is why we are introducing a booking system to use the site which will reduce the amount of time that you have to queue to use the site

When can I use the booking system?

How often can I book?

I am moving house, can I have more than one appointment in a week?

Each time I try to book, there is no availability?

How much of delay is there from booking an appointment to being able to visit the site?

How long are the appointments for?

I’ve booked an appointment, but now I cannot make it, can I change it?
