Industrial action

Industrial action took place from Monday 4 September to Friday 8 September inclusive. This was due to a dispute between Veolia and its staff who are members of the GMB trade union.

This week (Monday 18 - Friday 22 September), our collections are back to normal. We will not collect additional garden waste.

There will be no collections of garden waste this week - staff will be redeployed to support the refuse and recycling crews

Bickenhill Household Waste Recycling Centre

Bickenhill Household Waste Recycling Centre will be open during the industrial action.

You will need to book an appointment to visit the site.
