Summer Reading Challenge

All Solihull Libraries

The Reading Agency Summer Reading Challenge takes place every year during the school summer holidays, and the theme for 2019 is Space Chase.

Sign up at any Solihull library from Saturday 13 July 2019 and read six books over the holiday to earn stickers, bookmark, certificate and a medal. It is free to join and open to all children aged 4 to 11.

We are the Champions!

Damson Lane Park, B92 9JS 11.00am – 3.00pm

Getting fit can be fun and this event proves it!  With sporting activities galore, including school sports races and much more, visitors can be inspired by their favourite athletes and try to beat their personal best!  Other entertainment includes face painting, rides and Punch and Judy shows.  Toilets and refreshments are available on site.  Entry is free with small charges for some of the other attractions.  Meet by the car park off Damson Lane.
