Community Advice Hubs during COVID-19
Our hubs are no longer providing walk-in appointments. If you are in an emergency situation you can use the phone on the library welcome desk to dial 7590.
Community Advice Hubs in Chelmsley Wood Library and Solihull Connect at The Core in Solihull town centre are available every week day to discuss and support your needs and the needs of the person you care for.
You can contact the hubs by:
- sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- calling 0121 705 3588
Hubs for information, advice and support
The two Community Advice Hubs bring together a partnership of local organisations and provide high quality information, advice and support.

- meet your own needs and circumstances
- meet the needs of the person you care for
- find solutions to your issues
- make referrals to services on your behalf
You can visit the hubs in person, with a friend or family member, or your carer. Carers can also visit the hubs for face to face information and advice from the highly trained staff.
The hubs are presented and managed by Age UK Solihull, with support from a range of organisations, including:
