All Solihull libraries close on bank holidays.

Knowle Library - Temporary Closure

To allow for essential roof replacement works to take place, Knowle Library is now closed. We expect to reopen during January 2026.

During the closure, we will be offering a reduced library service at The Knowle British Legion:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm
• Saturday from 10:00am to 12:30pm

Temporary library closures

Kingshurst Library will be closed between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Thursday 30 October 2025 and will reopen at 10:00am on Friday 31 October 2025.

Dickens Heath Library will be closed from 10:00am on Saturday 1 November 2025 and will reopen at 2:00pm on Monday 3 November 2025.

• logging into your Library account with your library card and PIN
• calling us on 0121 704 6965
• visiting one of our other Libraries

We do not charge fines but do ask you to return your items for other residents to use.
