Examiner’s Letter Seeking Clarification of Matters

The Examiner’s Letter to Meriden Parish Council and Solihull MBC dated 18 December 2020 can be viewed here. Meriden Neighbourhood Plan Submission Examination

The Independent Examination of the Meriden Neighbourhood Plan started on 2 December 2020. The Examiner’s Initial letter setting out how the Examination will proceed can be viewed here.

Meriden Parish Council formally submitted its Submission Draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to the Council for public consultation in March 2020. However, due to restrictions in place as result of Covid-19, consultation had to be postponed.

The Regulation 16 consultation on the Meriden Submission Draft Neighbourhood Development Plan ran for a period of 8 weeks from Monday 29 June until Monday 24 August 2020, and representations were submitted to the council.
