We help children get to their nearest school by providing a small number of bus routes

School bus services - September 2026

School bus pass applications received by Friday 31 July 2026 will be reviewed and processed prior to the start of the academic year. 

We will contact you by email before Friday 28 August 2026 to notify you of the outcome of your application. Please check all email folders including junk/spam.

Applications after 31 July 2026

We cannot guarantee applications made after Friday 31 July 2026 will be processed by the start of term. You will need to make alternative arrangements while you await an outcome.

School bus services are in place for qualifying students of compulsory school age and the option to purchase a pass on any school service is discretionary and subject to availability.

We are working through applications and sending chase emails may cause delays. Further communication will be issued towards the end of the summer holidays. 

Applying for a bus pass

If your child is starting a new school you can apply for a bus pass.

If your child qualifies for a free pass it will be issued at the beginning of the school year as long as your circumstances do not change. You do not need to reapply every year.

If you move house or your child moves school you must contact us.

At the beginning of each school year new bus passes will be printed and delivered to schools for your child to collect on the first day of term. All children can get on the bus without a pass for the first few days.

Buy a school bus pass

If your child does not qualify for a free pass you can purchase a bus pass if there are spare seats available. If your child does not use the bus pass no refunds will be provided.
