We are open:
- Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 4:30pm
- Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
A dedicated team of duty workers will be able to provide advice on Early Help, including:
- parenting guidance
- child development
- school attendance
- help with completing Early Help plans
Support also involves signposting to local services such as:
- the Solihull Family Hubs
- managing child behavioural issues
- ensuring health and emotional wellbeing needs are being met
- referring parents to Family Support Workers
The service is part of our Early Help support, which helps to address issues before they escalate.
