Family Helpline

The Family Helpline is a free phone line for families and professionals in Solihull to access support for parents and children.

Our dedicated team can provide advice, support and signposting if you need help with:

  • parenting and family guidance
  • child behaviour issues
  • support to encourage school attendance
  • managing conflict between parents
  • tips for managing child behavioural issues
  • ensuring health and emotional wellbeing needs are being met
