Specialist support

Not all children who have a social communication need will require an external or school/ MAT based specialist to be part of the Team Around their Child (TAC). Or they may step in and out of the TAC depending on the child or young person’s needs at any point in time.  Specialists who can offer advice and support for children and young people with social communication needs include:

• All Age Autism Support service directory - This resource aims to assist individuals on the autism spectrum, along with their families and caregivers, in accessing the support they need in Birmingham and Solihull.
